Voila, new season. You were asking yourself what food my menu may contain in order to not get sick this winter?
You are in right place to find out. JPsante will take you through three articles to give you some foods to naturally protect your immune system against virus and germs. For the first part, we will talk about the banana, cocoa, and citrus fruits.
Let’s starts with Banana.
